Your assignment, should you choose to accept it:

Using the Core 3.02, Design, Implement and Deliver a new C4 initiative. This should include the following elements (or better):

C4 – a significant iteration on Core 3.02 itself
C4S – C4 stealth protocols (versions that support individual use of protocols independent of others)
C4E – online versions of protocols (self explanatory); may also include telephonic
C4+ - other new protocols (many of which exist) and patterns, etc
C4C – communications, website, plans for dissemination, marketing, new formats for stuff as needed, welcoming strategy
